Management
Leverstock is unique in
that we act as your single point of contact for all matters relating
to the implementation of your ICT facilities. We will manage the
entire project for you from initial discussions to final
installation, advising on everything from hardware and software to
furniture and carpeting.
If your requirement is
for a completely new ICT Suite, starting from scratch we can provide
the whole solution for you including building, cabling, air
conditioning – whatever your requirement is.
We will also train your
staff and continue to provide support long after the initial project
is complete.
Our Project Management
is second to none. We are thorough in all we do and give attention
to detail. Our management of an entire project means that we also
deal with all third party contractors. You have only one point of
contact – Leverstock. This means one less headache and a real bonus
for your, already busy, staff. They can leave it all to us. We will
liaise with all parties, arrange deliveries – we will even unpack
all boxes and take away the packaging from the work areas.
Designing, building and
implementing an ICT infrastructure involves many disciplines and the
skills of many people are properly and contiguously pulled together
to create the perfect end result. That is why at Leverstock, we not
only follow the best disciplines, but we also project manage the
whole process from start to finish, through an experienced project
manager who is tasked with delivering your vision with the minimum
fuss for the school.
Most other ICT
providers will provide elements in which they may be specialists,
but will either sub-contract the other work or, even worse, leave
you to source builders, electricians and other essential parts of
the project. This creates a disjointed approach where there is no
overall vision, with each tradesman working only to complete their
given task.
We use a different
approach, where each piece of the jigsaw knows what the completed
picture looks like; thus actively helping to achieve the
vision. We know from experience how busy Headteachers and teachers
are and how little time they have to spare to effectively manage a
project as important as the provision of an ICT Suite. That is why
the Leverstock Project Manager will oversee and manage the whole
project, with your input, to alleviate issues and concerns,
allowing you to continue to do what you are good at – educating our
future.
We will deliver on schedule and will keep you informed every step
of the way.
