Technical Support

One of our support team will then be allocated to this incident and
will take whatever action is necessary, keeping in regular
communication with you until the problem is resolved. Behind them is
a whole team of experts who are devoted to solving any issues.
In order to prevent downtime occurring in the first
instance, our
team are not only reactive but also proactive carrying out
preventative maintenance and regularly monitoring your system to
ensure its optimal performance.
Remote Management
A Leverstock support agreement will not only provide a reactive
fault service but also proactively monitoring the health of your
systems. A key element of this is secure remote access to your
server, network and desktop hardware.
The support can cover anything from the main ICT hardware to
printing and whiteboard solutions. We create a full asset list
allowing us to specify the level of support for each element. In
addition to this we also manage the manufacturer warranty providing
a seamless support environment with a single point of contact for
the school.
The proactive support comprises two main elements. Compulsory
areas such as validation of backup data and monitoring of event logs
which are carried out from our head office at agreed frequencies. Optional
areas of support include administration functions, installation of
software and managing users; this would be based on the level of
involvement of the school.
Approximately 90% of the helpdesk calls received can be resolved
via remote access; onsite support is provided for incidents wherever
necessary.
