Standard Charges outside of normal working hours
Will be charged at 1 ½ times the above rates.
Standard Charges during weekend hours
Will be charged at 2 times the above rates.
NOTE
- Minimum on site charge is 1 hour, thereafter in periods of 30 minutes.
- Minimum remote support charge is 30 minutes, thereafter in periods of 15 minutes.
- Travel to and from site remains at a charge of £0.85 per mile, or at cost, whichever is applicable.
- Travel time to and from site is reduced to £30.00 per hour applied in periods of 15 minutes. Any journey less than 15 minutes is not charged.
