Hosting and Support

Our website is designed with ease-of-use in mind, but sometimes you might have a question about how something works.

Although our annual support cost is low compared to other web design companies, we don’t compromise on the support we offer – in fact we can offer support in a number of ways:

• Online support system
• Step-by-step instructions in our online user guide
• Weekly backup of your site content (pages, news and settings)

We’ve taken the worry out of websites, but we’re there anyway – just in case!

 

Hosting+ Package

Having a great looking website, with lots of functionality is important, but to get the most out of it, we suggest upgrading to our Hosting+ package – which includes the following additional services:

• Standard hosting and support package (as above)
• Up to 10 hours per term allowance for adding/editing content… just in case you can’t find the time
• Termly review and report on site usage, visitor trends and recommendations to improve user experience
