Once your site is installed and set up, one of our training team can visit your premises and train up to 3 members of staff to help you make the most of your new website.
User Training
This session covers:
- Creating/editing or updating content
- Menus and contextual navigation
- Amending contact forms and surveys
- Managing downloadable files
- Creating photo albums and adding pictures to them
- eNewsletter
- Online Shop
- Event Registration and Calendar
- Staff directory
- Questions and clarifications
Duration: Half Day
Administrator Training (for up to 3 staff)
In addition to the user training outlined above, this session covers the more technical setup and management of functions such as:
- Altering the pricing structure and setup of the online shop
- Adding users to password protected areas
- Adding events to the event booking system
- Adding or changing products for sale through the online shop
- Managing the appointment booking plugin
- Questions and clarifications
