Once your site is installed and set up, one of our training team can visit your premises and train up to 3 members of staff to help you make the most of your new website.

 

User Training

This session covers:

  • Creating/editing or updating content
  • Menus and contextual navigation
  • Amending contact forms and surveys
  • Managing downloadable files
  • Creating photo albums and adding pictures to them
  • eNewsletter
  • Online Shop
  • Event Registration and Calendar
  • Staff directory
  • Questions and clarifications

Duration: Half Day

 

Administrator Training (for up to 3 staff)

In addition to the user training outlined above, this session covers the more technical setup and management of functions such as:

  • Altering the pricing structure and setup of the online shop
  • Adding users to password protected areas
  • Adding events to the event booking system
  • Adding or changing products for sale through the online shop
  • Managing the appointment booking plugin
  • Questions and clarifications
