Remote Support Standard Charges
The following charges are applied to all chargeable work during normal working hours 09.00 - 17.30
Support outside normal hours will be charged at 1.5 times the above rate.
Support charges during the weekend or bank holiday hours will be charged at 2 times the above rate.
Minimum remote charge is 30 minutes, thereafter in periods of 15 minutes.
If you have annual support and service with us, these fees do not apply, as all remote support is covered regardless. We aren't there only when problems arise, we work hard to ensure that problems don’t develop in the first place. Our pro-active Support teams solve issues before you're even aware of them.
Annual support includes but is not limited to:
Ongoing system maintenance and upgrades
Unlimited helpdesk support
Dedicated service from highly skilled technicians and engineers
Modifications at your request
Unlimited training - for new members of staff, if you add features etc
Optional evaluation consultation - we monitor and analyse your use and provide adjustments as necessary
