How to factory reset your Yealink Handset

Please only follow this process when specifically instructed to do so by Leverstock's helpdesk. Doing this at other times will wipe the handset configuration, and the phone will fail to operate.

Firstly, press and hold the ok button on the handset for approximately 6 seconds.

The display should change and ask if you “Reset to factory setting?”
Press the “OK’ button to the right.
If a password is requested, this is metro
To enter these 5 characters use the keypad – press 6 once for ‘m’ and 3 twice for ‘e’ etc,
Once the password is complete press the OK key and the phone will reset to factory settings and

download a new configuration from our server.
This will involve several stages, including planned re-boots. Please wait until this has all completed,

which may take 4-5 minutes.
